Terms of Service

By creating an account on moboo, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

moboo is a SaaS (Software as a Service) automated appointment management software. It provides an AI chatbot, a smart calendar, automatic email reminders and activity statistics. moboo is accessible via monthly subscription after a 14-day free trial.

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. One account corresponds to one business. Reselling or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. moboo reserves the right to suspend any account in case of abusive or fraudulent use.

Starter Plan: $19.99/month — automatic monthly billing.
Pro Plan: $19.99/month — automatic monthly billing.

Payments are processed by Stripe in accordance with their terms of service. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. moboo reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' notice.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the "Subscription" section of their dashboard. Access to the service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days. moboo reserves the right to terminate an account without notice in case of violation of these terms.

The moboo software, its design, source code, content and brand are the exclusive property of moboo and its founder. The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for the duration of their active subscription. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification is strictly prohibited.

The service is provided "as is." moboo cannot be held liable for lost revenue, data loss or indirect damages related to the use or interruption of the service. moboo commits to 99% monthly uptime without being able to guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

The user retains ownership of their clients' data (names, emails, appointments). moboo processes this data solely for the purpose of providing the service, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Upon cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days upon the user's explicit request.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
