Getting started with moboo

1. Create your moboo account

- Go to getbookflow.org and click the "Free trial" button
- Enter your business name, email address, and a password
- Confirm your email address via the link sent to your inbox
- The free trial lasts 14 days — no credit card required
Good to know: Your account is active immediately after email confirmation. You can start configuring moboo right away.
2. Set up your business profile
- In the dashboard, go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar)
- Fill in: business name, phone number, address, reply email
- Add a business description (max 800 characters) — it will appear on your public booking page
- Click "Save"
Tip: The description is the first thing clients see on your booking page. Be clear and welcoming.
3. Set your opening hours
- In Settings, scroll down to the "Opening hours" section
- For each day: toggle it on or off, then set the start and end time
- Click "Save hours"
Important: moboo will not accept any bookings outside these hours. Configure them carefully. For a lunch break, set two time slots per day (e.g. 9am–12pm and 2pm–6pm).
4. Share your booking page
- Go to the dashboard → "Integration" section (or widget icon in the sidebar)
- Copy your unique booking link (format:
getbookflow.org/rdv/your-name) - Paste this link in: Instagram bio, WhatsApp, email signature, or your website
Tip: This unique link is available 24/7. A client can book at 3am if needed — moboo handles everything automatically.
5. Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Does moboo take commissions on my appointments?
No. moboo works on a fixed monthly subscription only. Zero commission on your revenue.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your account automatically switches to read-only. Your data is kept. Choose a plan to continue accepting bookings.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No commitment. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click.
Does moboo work in French, English, and Spanish?
Yes. The interface and automatic emails are available in all 3 languages. The language is detected automatically or can be changed manually.
